The two story house is so beautiful, with a pool and spa. All staff was very understanding and patient. They also kept it 100% the whole time i was here. All the knowledge and support was very helpful. My case manager helped me with my case pending in court. She sent my lawyer letters of enrollment, my progress through out stay. They also sent him my alcohol/drug testing results , to show that im clean. Most importantly, the knowledge and compassion they gave me was priceless. Alex had me on a plane from northeast Ohio within 48hrs of our first phone conversation. My dear friend Brenden from Ohio was a real life saver setting me up with this facility because he was able to sober up out here and start work in this field and made great contacts for recovery.

I found love, compassion, and understanding from each and every one of the staff members. They helped me build a recovery network that sets me up for success after my discharge coming soon.

These people made recovery look so beautiful and fun. They help jumpstart the soul searching process and for that I am truly grateful.

I recently completed my time at Pinnacle, and I cannot say enough about the incredible people who cared for me during one of the hardest chapters of my life. From the very first call, Alex made the entire admissions process so easy and welcoming. That first conversation meant more than they probably know.

Once I arrived, Mike, Claire Josh, John, Kristin, Kovic and Alana treated me with so much genuine care, patience, and understanding. They made me feel seen and supported every single day, never judged.

I also want to recognize the medical team who played such a huge role in my recovery. Dr. Darren, Lisa my therapist, and Amanda my nurse gave me expert, compassionate care every step of the way. I always felt safe and truly looked after.

And a special shoutout to Chef Bryan for the delicious meals. It's such a small thing that made such a big difference, having something to look forward to and feel nourished by while healing.

There are truly no words that can express how grateful I am for Pinnacle and every single person who works there and for my peers / family. When I came in, I was at one of the lowest points in my life. I was scared, uncertain, and didn’t know what my future would look like. What I found at Pinnacle wasn’t just treatment.. it was hope, compassion, and people who genuinely cared about me and my recovery.
Every staff member treated me and my peers with kindness, respect, and understanding. They never made me feel like just another “client”. They took the time to listen, encourage, and remind me / all of us that recovery was possible, even on the days I struggled to believe it myself. Groups were great and most of the time we made them fun along with learning about this process and given the tools to manage on the outside. One of the things that caught my attention the most was seeing how, whenever one of my peers needed to open up or was having a difficult day, someone was always there to provide one-on-one support. My man Mike turned this one kids life around with just one meeting between the two of them (Ego). That level of compassion is something you don’t find everywhere, and it speaks volumes about the people at Pinnacle.
I want to personally thank Mike, Hovic, Claire, Josh, John, Alana, Kristin, and Karo. You have no idea how much you’ve impacted my life. Your patience, encouragement, and belief in me helped me find strength when I had very little left. Even with the tremendous workload you’ve all been carrying recently, you never let it affect the care you gave. You showed up every single day with kindness, professionalism, and genuine hearts, and I’ll never forget that.
Because of Pinnacle, I’m leaving with so much more than sobriety. I’m leaving with the tools, coping skills, confidence, and hope to face the future one day at a time. Recovery isn’t easy, but thanks to all of you, I finally believe that it’s possible.

I arrived in LA at 11:30 that night. From Muskogee Oklahoma. From day one I knew I was gonna love it here.
